The new Ford Ranger features an array of driver assistance technologies for greater comfort and convenience, including Lane Keeping Alert and Lane Keeping Aid, Adaptive Cruise Control with Forward Alert, Traffic Sign Recognition, Front and Rear Park Assist, Rear View Camera, and a standard Electronic Stability Control system with rollover mitigation and trailer sway control.

Other smart technologies include Ford’s voice-activated SYNC 2 connectivity system, plus Hill Launch Assist, Hill Descent Control, Adaptive Load Control, and Emergency Brake Assistance.

New Ranger also offers outstanding fuel economy, with a more efficient powertrain range – enhanced by Auto-Start-Stop technology, new final drive ratio options and the introduction of Electric Power Assisted Steering.

New Ranger model – launching in Europe late 2015 – remains the only pickup with 5-star rating from independent crash test authority Euro NCAP
