Take one part heavily modified 1970 Dodge Charger and add in one part massively massaged Mercury Marine racing engine and you wind up throwing one hell of a Tantrum. In fact, that's this car's name. It's the Dodge Charger Tantrum, and it's the product of SpeedKore Performance out of Wisconsin. The folks from the shop trekked to Los Angeles to present their monster machine to Jay Leno.
