Reduce Heat For More Power. Mishimoto's EcoBoost intercooler is larger than stock with a 58% increase in core size, 25% increase in internal core volume and 165% increase in external fin surface area, all to reduce Air Intake Temperatures (AIT) by up to 35°F (2°C). The included Mishimoto piping replaces the weak stock rubber hot-side and the restrictive cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to increase air flow. Together this Mishimoto intercooler and piping kit will improve the performance of your EcoBoost Mustang.

Intercooler. Manufactured from 100% 6061 aluminum for it's ability to quickly dissipate unwanted heat ensuring lower intake temperatures, this Mishimoto Performance Intercooler features a bar and plate design with cast end tanks and an in-tank diverter to provide optimal flow. The intercooler is completed in a silver powder coated finish for long lasting corrosion protection and impressive good looks.

Piping. Manufactured from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing (2.5" hot-side, 2.75" cold-side) to eliminate restrictive bends, the hot-side pipe features a CNC-machined By-pass Valve flange that allows for installation of a stock or stock-style BPV. The cold-side pipe is pre-marked for easy installation of a boost gauge or methanol injection. The intercooler piping is completed in a bright polished finish for great show car looks and long lasting corrosion resistance

Application. This Mishimoto Performance Silver Intercooler with Polished Piping is specially designed to fit the 2015-2016 EcoBoost Mustang's equipped with the turbocharged 2.3L Inline 4-cylinder engine.
