Alpina unveiled its big-grilled B7 xDrive super-limo back in March at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, claiming that it was quicker, faster and more refined than its predecessor. What is clearly different about this car is its styling, as it takes after BMW’s updated 7-Series saloon. So aside from the redesigned front fascia and the new taillights, the German tuner added a new front bumper with functional air intakes, free-floating Alpina lettering, a new rear spoiler, quad tailpipes, and exclusive paint finishes. As for what those previously-mentioned performance improvements mean on paper, the 2020 Alpina B7 can accelerate to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.5 seconds (0-100 km/h in 3.7 sec), before maxing out at 205 mph (330 km/h).
