One of two R8's at WannaGoFast Sulphur Springs, TX making passes deep into the 200's in the half mile was this Dallas Performance car. It was within just a couple of miles per hour of the fastest overall pass of the day, however, when it came time to shut down, without having a chute, the brakes locked and the R8 went into a skid off the end of the air strip. Fortunately the driver was fine and the car sustained on minor cosmetic damage.
