A man driving over the speed limit on a wagon in northwestern Russia caused a chain crash that left at least three people injured. The accident occurred on January 12 near Syktyvkar, capital of the Komi Republic. The subject, aboard a Lada VAZ-2114, exceeded the statutory 60 kilometers per hour of the section through which he was traveling and, after overtaking one vehicle, struck another from behind.
