A patrol car stopped on the right of a highway in Moline (Illinois, USA) was hit by a 'jeep' that was traveling at full speed. Matthew Scherer, the driver of the offending vehicle, was under the influence of alcohol and had to be hospitalized, as his car ended up rolling several times on the asphalt.
