The owner of this 2013 Cadillac ATS had this car at another shop, they rolled the dice trying to find the problem. It was sooooo OBVIOUS! How could they miss this easy to diagnose issue?!? You won't believe what the last shop did and what we found that REALLY fixed the problem.
