A power steering pump replacement should be a relatively easy, straight forward effort. Audi didn't see it that way.
Jonny's long time customer needed the pump replaced in his 2012 Audi A8 and he needed it done quickly for a trip the following day.
For the sake of time the customer sourced a used pump and brought it in.
Jonny had never done this job on this model before but he knew it wasn't going to be easy.
