It has been many years since the Cadillac ATS has been in the development. The folks at GM sweated bullets to craft a car that is likely world class. With development now complete, Cadillac feels it is ready to reclaim its title as the "standard of the world". According to Mark Reuss, President of GM North American, it is "a car to finally challenge the Germans at their own game and win". The ATS does look attractive in the flesh, but we'll need some time behind the wheel to see if it's a real winner.
