0:05 The meme we've seen all around the web. I showed the work order on the top of the video as well to show that it really happened.
0:15 Passenger window slightly open causing the noise the customer heard right after he had the oil changed on his car.
0:31 Since the button on the shifter is pressed in (with the cover on) the vehicle does not think it's in park, so the customer could not remove the key from the ignition. With the pink shifter cover removed the button is not pressed in, allowing the vehicle to be in park and the key removable from the ignition.

0:58 I've hit steel wheels back into shape with a hammer but with aluminium wheels like the one displayed in the clip, they will most likely crack/break. You could try sending it to a wheel repair shop but most of the time you're better off replacing the wheel.
