Preh introduces its 3-phase 800 volts DC/DC converter for a fully electric sportscar. This enables the voltage transformation from 800 volts into lower voltages. The 48 volts conversion for the roll-stabilization is bidirectional, converting 800 volts to 48 volts and back. There is also a conversion to 12 volts and to 400 volts for the climate system. The Converter has a compact design and offers a high performance output of 3,5kW for 12V/48V and 5,3kW for 400V.
