Should you buy a last-of-the-line AMG C63 with the V8 engine? We do one last review of the C63 before it switches its 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 for a hybrid four-cylinder.

The Mercedes-AMG C63 S was sold in Australia in sedan and wagon, but there are still come coupe and convertibles remaining because they were built for longer. They have a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine making 375kW (502 hp) and 700Nm of torque. Next year, the new C63 will arrive with a plug-in hybrid four-cylinder engine with 500kW/1020Nm.

As always, we don’t accept advertising from car manufacturers, and we’re powered by Budget Direct - so this is an independent, honest review of the Mercedes C63.
