I've been using magnetic trays for some time and have found them to be very useful tools. Grip has put a new twist on the magnetic tray to make them even more useful. Personally, I like the lighted tray the most. Mostly because it serves 2 purposes. One is holding your tools and parts, the other is helping to light your work area. That said, I'm going to have to see how the LED's hold up over time. The other tools are also quite useful and I'll be using them more in future projects.
