Honda Reality( Total Car Destroyed But Air Bag Not Open)

I am owner of a Honda Civic 2013 Model car , on (21/11/2014) at 10:15 PM my car was in an accident because the car lost his balance in the speed of 110 KM/H after emergency foot break and turn in 160 degree angle and hit in trees from front and driving side both , the car bonnet ,driving side doors, Roof and dash board, front back screens completely destroyed , car radiator was break and engine also destroyed But AirBag was not open thats why my three bones was injured badly, collar bone was major fracture and too many scratches on my body because of broken front screen.
I am surprise till now how this car lost the balance and why air bags not open i buy this car because of the best control and road grip ( Honda claimed) and because of safety air bags
Honda Pakistan Management said they are not responsible if air bag not opened
