Here's how you can buy a drift car in Japan! I ended up buying a Toyota JZX100 Mkii since they are known for reliability and abundance of spare and aftermarket parts, and I'm so happy with my choice. I'd highly recommend reaching out to Power Vehicles (www.powervehicles.com) if you're looking to source a car over there. They offer track support as well as an exporter if you want to take your car home with you. You could also source a car off Facebook Marketplace (search: Gajin Drift Cars). This is where a lot of foreigners buy and sell the cars built for drifting at Ebisu.
