The head gasket is found in the internal combustion engine of the Porsche. It is commonly referred to as a seal between the engine block and the cylinder head for sealing the combustion gases within the cylinder and avoid the coolant or engine oil to leak into the cylinders. If it is blown for any reason in your Porsche, then you will notice the signs given in the following video.
