Is It a Family Car? 2022 Mazda MX-5 Miata

Here at GT: Garage Talk, we have enjoyed sharing our driving impressions with the whole family which generally includes our four-year-old son riding with us and giving his input from the back seat. However, when there IS no back seat, it is tough for us to review a vehicle as a family of 3.

Let us just say, Tucker adored this car and wished he could ride in it. He thinks convertibles are so cool since they do not have a roof. However, we never installed his car seat since there are no child safety seat anchors. If you feel you must install a child seat in your Miata, follow all manufacturer suggestions both of the car and the safety seat.

Holli also loved this one, though she could not drive our tester. Since this vehicle is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox, and she is yet to learn to drive a stick, she offered to give her impressions from the passenger seat.
