Kia Carnival Becomes official car for Telangana state collectors. 32 units of the luxury MPV have been handed over to the district collectors of the state for official travel purposes. According to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, the collectors deserve good vehicles as they travel on official duties. Is this necessary during a pandemic, is a good question to ask.
