FAIR AND PLEASANT!!! just purchased an Acura from Radley Acura in Falls Church and had a very pleasant buying experience. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgable and spent more than 2 hours with me going over the car and even stayed more than an hour after the dealership closed to answer my questions. The sales manager was fair and pleasant. The sales process was very satisfactory overall and I purchased the car from Radley largely because of the experience of shopping there. Indeed, I hadn't yet decided to purchase an Acura -- I was looking at several other car brands -- but my sales experience (and the great car) convinced me. I highly recommend Radley.
