A mother is shot in the leg after refusing to turn over her car to a gunman in Arlington, Texas, as her young son sat in the back seat. The 32-year-old woman had just left a friend's house and buckled in her three-year-old son when she was approached by a man with a gun, local media reported, citing police. He ordered her to turn over the car, but she refused. The gunman then shot the woman in the leg before fleeing, local media said.
