The Nismo RS is the quirky, range-topping version of the Nissan Juke and is one of only a small number of performance crossovers present in the current car market.

Like a standard Juke, the Nismo RS version has enough cabin and boot space for everyday shopping trips or the school run but the exterior and interior are both given a sporty design makeover. The Nismo RS also uses a more powerful engine than the rest of the Juke range, a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol that produces just over 210bhp.

Is the Juke Nismo RS a worth considering ahead of the other fast crossovers or the hot hatch alternatives? We take the Nissan out on the road to find out.
