Paul Walker survived the impact of the crash that took his life but suffered horrifically as he was burned alive . this according to a wrongful death lawsuit his daughter has filed against Porsche.
According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- lawyers for 16-year-old Meadow Walker claim when the Porsche Carrera GT crashed and broke apart, Pauls seat belt snapped Walkers torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis, and trapping him in the passenger seat.
