A qualifying video from the Circuit of the Americas, sixth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC): The two Porsche 919 Hybrids secured front row for the six-hour race on Saturday in Austin, Texas (USA). The reigning world champion Neel Jani (CH), André Lotterer (DE) and Nick Tandy (GB) will start from pole position. The championship leading Le Mans winners, Earl Bamber (NZ), Timo Bernhard (DE) and Brendon Hartley (NZ) are qualified second. The Porsche GT Team with the 911 RSR has made optimal use of the qualifying session to prepare for the six-hour race in Austin. Richard Lietz (AT) and Frédéric Makowiecki (FR) clocked the seventh quickest time in the GTE-Pro class, while their teammates Michael Christensen (DK) and Kévin Estre (FR) take up the race from the eighth grid spot.
