The record is settled, Larry Larson set out with his new CRAZY twin turbo 10.1L powered S-10 with one goal... to prove a point. Rather than bringing his 1966 Chevy Nova (his definition of the limit of a street car) he played juuuuust within the Hot Rod rules to see just how nutty a street driven / proven car (truck) could be, competing in, and completing the 1000+ mile journey that is Drag Week.
