RARE Suburban Diesel Gets A Full Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating | Car Detailing Restoration

Today I am detailing a 1999 Chevrolet Surburban 1500 Diesel... yes diesel and that is what makes this truck so special. These are extremely rare and to be in this good of condition. This thing has never had a paint correction and it shows with the scratches, swirl marks and oxidation on the paint. To fix that we will give this SUV a car wash, clay bar the surface to remove contaminants, polish and paint correct the paint to remove all scratches, and lastly apply a professional grade ceramic coating that will last in the 5-7 year range. Others things tackled are restoring the yellow and faded headlights, polishing the chrome bumpers and applying a ceramic windshield coating.
Out of all of my exterior details, this was my favorite and the one I was most proud of.
