Each year, fans vote to send the most elite marching bands from the nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities to the Honda Battle of the Bands Invitational Showcase. Here’s Tennessee State University’s Aristocrat of Bands finding out that they will perform at HBOB 2015!
