This Tesla Model 3 owner was driving down a highway in Palo Alto, California. That’s when the driver of a speeding Honda S2000 in another lane locked up their brakes while avoiding rear-ending a Prius. Unfortunately, they lost control—or, maybe they swerved on purpose—and caused a pickup truck in the lane to their left to rear-end them instead.
The convertible spun across a few lanes, almost hitting the submitter’s Tesla before coming to a stop sideways in the middle of the freeway.
The submitter pulled over and, after calling 911, the operator told him that officers were on their way and that he could leave. Later that evening, A CHP officer called him for a statement and to ask him to email the video to him. Thankfully, everyone involved in the accident was ok.
