LSX Monsters has grown from a small hometown group in Northwest Louisiana, into an organization spread across the U.S. Many of the members have been asking for an LS track day, so the LSX Shootout was conceptualized and hosted at Thunder Road Raceway Park. Bud Simolke is one of the founders of the LSX Monsters, so it's only appropriate that the build of the Blue Beast made its debut at the first annual LSX Shootout! There have been so many obstacles and failed components Bud's had to overcome, but he pulled it together and made a good showing for the event. Looking for LOTS more out of this car in the Spring after the Powerglide auto conversion.
The Blue Beast is a 6.0L 402ci build, with ProCharger F1c on 116 octane and 6 speed manual trans. 750-780RWHP.
