UPDATE: Still working, still calling, still emailing. We're on to something, we just need to investigate it a littttttle bit more before it's all a go. Sorry everyone. We working as much as the human body allows to fix this.

We are deeply sorry about that, and although we don't have direct control over which countries permit YouTube Plus, that doesn't mean we can't solve this problem.
