Toyota Camry Driver Flees And Crashes After Sideswiping Subaru

Hit and run and he crashed into a side rail going off a exit. I merged into the parkway and change to the middle lane since the right lane is turning into a exit only lane. Jeep was gaining distance after I've merged. Kept my distance but still in the right lane. Camry "signaled as I was next to him and side swiped me while he was slowing down trying to change lane. I've check if the vehicle is slowing down at my rear view and then realized he have passed me. Then I started to follow thinking the driver want to pull over further up the parkway but he did not. Followed him for a while and realized he's trying to drive away then I've followed a little bit more and he kept driving faster and faster trying to exit the parkway, he lost control and drove off the road and crash the railing. I was able to get the plate number so Istopped and called the proper authority. Later on the day, the driver was found, the car ran up a curb, and was arrested for DWI. Second offense.
