Mazda5 is a small minivan model, which was launched in 2005. Sales in Finland started in September. Model debuts at the Paris Motor Show in autumn 2004. The production model was based on the 2004 Geneva presented to Mx-Flex Concept. Mazda5 replaced in Europe, Asia and Australia, Mazda Premacy minivan. In Japan, the Mazda5 to Premacy is sold under the name. In Dutch version (Premacy mk2) debuts at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2004, and sales began in February 2005.
