This video will be split into 3 parts. As the later parts become available, links will be posted here to the other videos. Why do I need 3 parts to show this process? Because you need to remove the entire dash and HVAC to access the blower motor in this vehicle. Yes, it does seem extreme, but the truth is this happens more often than not. That said, in part 1 we cover the removal of the dash and HVAC assembly. I ended up taking out a little more than I needed to because it's been some time since I did this job. That means that the stuff you see disassembled in the video that I don't show details of, you shouldn't worry about. You really only need to detach the wiring harnesses from under both sides of the dash pad. You do not need to do anything with the instrument cluster or the other switches and trim on the dash pad. With that aside, this job takes an experienced technician the better part of a day. If you're not experienced, it may take up to 2 days to complete.
Also know that you'll have to evacuate the AC system before you begin as you will need to open it to access the blower motor assembly. In all, it's good dirty fun.
