In this segment we cover the disassembly of the HVAC assembly and replace the blower motor. I also so the operation of the blower motor itself. There's a lot of fasteners here and 2 different screw sizes. Be sure to keep them organized while you work so that you don't miss anything when you reassemble. It's a lot of work for sure but worth it in the end. Having the HVAC out like this also gives you the opportunity to clean out the inside of the assembly as this system did not use a cabin air filter. Now you know why we use those now. We have much cleaner HVAC systems as a result.
